Journey Far and Deep is a 30-minute partially scripted weekly extreme travel show. By extreme, we mean, travel from the most elegant, to the most primitive, from the most accessible, and unique, to the most remote, and from the easiest to the most physically challenging, both topside and underwater! Trek the Tasmanian coast in the dark and search by infrared torch for the famous Tasmanian Devils. Then slip into the blue-green depths and dive with the elusive leafy sea dragons as they blend into the dense, tangled fronds of the kelp forest "down under." Envelope yourself in a life size taro leaf and cool off along a creek on the little known South Pacific Island of Kosrae. Then become a real live Alice in Wonderland as you are dwarfed by towering hard corals, only seen in nutrient rich waters.
Fill your ears and delight in the gentle vocal chant of Fijian Locals as they serenade you through a gourmet meal of fresh fruit and fish on the seashell covered beach at sunset. After exploring the street free, jungle island of Bequa on foot, peer beneath the surface of the azure water into the enchanted soft coral capital of the world where colors are born free.
